Hair has been my passion for the past 25 years. Teaching became a passion of mine about 17 years ago. I've taken all of that learning and made it the backbone for creating craft + theory.

Making people feel really great about themselves — and giving my staff the tools they need to do the same — is why I do what I do. I look forward every day to the amazing opportunities and challenges that this industry brings.

My goal from day one has always been to push the envelope, raise the standards, and to "Salon Differently."
