Certain appointments such as Keratin Treatments, Extensions, Double Process Hair Color and others are best booked after a thorough consultation and for that reason, are unable to be booked online.

Life happens, we get it. We kindly ask that you provide more than 24-hour notice from your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes via email or text.

Notice provided 12-24 hours from your scheduled appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the appointment scheduled.

A no-show will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Out of respect for our crew & clients, please note that an arrival beyond 10 minutes of your scheduled session may result in reduced service capability and or we may require another team member to provide assistance in completing some, and in some cases, the entire appointment. If you prefer to have the original service provider perform the entire service you may need to forfeit your appointment completely and endure a cancellation fee.

We may honor your appointment at our discretion and we reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed to keep our team on time for all following appointments.
