Owner/Artisan, Nicholas has been in the industry for sixteen years and has been crafting his talents in Bergen County through all of it. With seven+ seasons at New York City Fashion week under his belt, years of education at the acclaimed House of Bumble, the Oribe Studios, and countless hours of dedication to his Craft, Nicholas has embarked on a new journey as the creator of Craft+Theory. Here he envisions building a team who is just as passionate about he Craft as he is.
Nicole Candullo | Artisan
Nicole brings to the table an acute passion for creativity and individuality. She has New York Fashion Week 2016 under her belt; working with our product line Rene Furterer to create looks for shows like Zimmermann Wear, adds to her long list of experience. Nicole is truly a pillar of inspiration, she also won 2014's Best of Bergen's Men's Stylist and continues on a path of Hair Evolution.
Jessica Thorne | Stylist
Jessica's uncompromising drive and hunger in the hair industry in second to none. She thrives on expanding her knowledge. She has trained at Vidal Sassoon, the Oribe Academy in Miami, and she recently finished Goldwell's Master Colorist program continuing her pursuit of excellence.

Kelsey brings the love of fashion + beauty to Craft + Theory while she pursues her degree in Business Marketing. Her love of lip gloss, nail polish + music make her the perfect fit for our team.
Sean Zandonella | Stylist
Sean's passion for the art is evident with everything he does. Certified in multiple color systems, Sean pride's himself on being an expert colorist. His love for all things beauty is evident in his make-up technique in which he applies his experiences at NY Fashion Week, advanced make-up classes, Special Effects/Cinematic appplications, and beyond.
Meagan Branco | Apprentice
Meagan is on her way to becomiung a hairstylist at Craft+Theory. Barbie dolls being a frequent client of Meg's as a child, instilled the feeling of wanting more from the hair industry as she got older. In the Craft+Theory Education program, Meg is gaining her confidence and persona "behind the chair." Look for her soon!
Isabella Antonucci | Apprentice
Isabella is a recent graduate of Parisian Beauty Academy and is looking forward to immersing herself in the beauty industry. Her love for make-up is what initially brought her into the industry and as she progressed through her education, a love for all things beauty emerged. She will continue to hone her craft as she enters the Craft+Theory Academy Program on her way to becoming a Stylist.
